The Malduin, the Golden River (from the element ‘‘mal’’, “gold”), is one of the minor rivers of the north of Beleriand.
Geography
The Malduin flowed southwards from the Ered Wethrin and joined the Teiglin before that river passed under the eaves of the Forest of Brethil.
