Uldor
the traitor lord of the Easterlings who was cursed
Name and Treachery
Uldor (called the Accursed) was a chieftain of the Easterlings who had turned to Morgoth and, in the hour of the Nirnaeth Arnoediad, betrayed the host of the Elves, falling upon their flank with the hordes of the East at the very crisis of the battle and turning the long defeat into the ruin of the North.
His End
Uldor fell in the chaos of his own treachery, slain before the onslaught of the faithful, and his name was cursed ever after; the Easterlings who had followed him were cut off in the slaughter, and the venom of his betrayal long darkened the annals of the sons of Fëanor.
